After attracting attention with sporty electric cars, Xiaomi is entering a completely different arena: large family SUVs designed to feel like mobile living rooms. 👀
The company has introduced its new Sky Nomad series, a range of intelligent and spacious extended-range electric SUVs led by the N90.
🚙 A Seven-Seat Family Giant
The N90 Max measures approximately 5.28 metres in length and has a wheelbase exceeding three metres.
It will be available with five- and seven-seat layouts, supported by a highly flexible interior designed for family journeys, work and relaxation.
🏕️ A Camping Version with a Pop-Up Roof
The N90 Max Camping Edition features a lifting roof, an upper sleeping platform, side cabinets and connections for an external tent.
Optional equipment includes an in-car projection system and a detachable table, allowing the parked vehicle to become a space for sleeping, working or entertainment.
⚡ Electric Driving Without Range Anxiety
A 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine operates as an electricity generator rather than directly driving the wheels.
The N90 Max uses two electric motors and all-wheel drive, combining electric propulsion with the ability to cover longer journeys.
🧠 Xiaomi Wants the Car to Become a Second Home
Xiaomi says Sky Nomad was created around flexible space and modern family life, reflecting the idea that a car can become more than transportation.
Final pricing and launch plans for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf have not yet been announced.
