After leaving the full-size luxury SUV segment to rivals such as the Mercedes-Benz GLS and BMW X7, Audi is finally entering the competition.
The German brand has officially revealed the all-new Audi Q9, while Audi Saudi Arabia confirms that the flagship SUV will arrive during the first quarter of 2027, with customers already able to register their interest. 🚙🔥
🚘 The Largest Audi Ever Built
The Q9 measures 5.31 metres in length and has a 3.14-metre wheelbase, making it the largest production vehicle Audi has ever created.
Its cabin offers seven seats as standard or an optional six-seat layout with two individual second-row chairs, delivering a more business-class experience.
✨ Automatic Doors and Audi’s Largest Panoramic Roof
The Q9 introduces automatic opening and closing doors, together with the largest panoramic roof ever installed in an Audi, covering more than 1.5 square metres.
It also features world-first curved digital OLED rear lights, selectable lighting signatures and projected indicators designed to improve nighttime visibility.
⚙️ V6 Power and quattro All-Wheel Drive
Audi Middle East lists maximum output at 220 kW, equivalent to approximately 299 horsepower, with acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds.
The Q9 uses V6 engines with MHEV plus mild-hybrid technology, standard quattro all-wheel drive and adaptive air suspension.
🛋️ Flagship Technology and Comfort
The cabin includes three front displays, including a dedicated passenger screen, five-zone climate control and up to 12 USB ports.
Maximum luggage capacity reaches 2,308 litres in the seven-seat model. Available equipment also includes a 22-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, ventilated seats and massage functions.
🇸🇦 Saudi Arrival Confirmed
Audi Saudi Arabia confirms that the Q9 is coming in the first quarter of 2027 and is already accepting customer enquiries.
Local pricing and final Saudi specifications have not yet been announced.
